Hello. I am not able to copy and paste an image from one Storyline file to another. When I paste, it appears that there is a picture with a bounding box, but the image is blank. I've also tried to copy/paste a slide from one file to another and when I do, only the text pastes over. There is no image. I used to have no problems copying and pasting from one SL file to another. I have the most updated version from 5/19/20. Thank you.
Hi Wendy. Yes, I just tried to import the one slide and that did so successfully, text box and image. No matter what method I copy/paste I do, the image just pastes as a blank box. I used to easily copy/paste images and slides from one file to another. This might have to be my new workaround.

have you tried using the import feature to copy a slide from one file to another and does that work ok?
Hi Wendy. Yes, I just tried to import the one slide and that did so successfully, text box and image. No matter what method I copy/paste I do, the image just pastes as a blank box. I used to easily copy/paste images and slides from one file to another. This might have to be my new workaround.
Hi Tara! Have you tried copying the image then right-mouse click and select keep source formatting? That seemed to work for me.
