Corners of Outlined Rectangle Not Complete

I have several rectangles that are outline-only (that is, there is no shape fill). They are used to highlight certain sections of a keypad within my course.
Upon publish, all of the rectangles upper left corner show as incomplete. There is no issue within the editable Storyline file, or when previewing within Storyline.
Using Storyline 2 with Parallels on an iMac running High Sierra.
Any ideas?

We have documented this issue as a bug, and I'm attaching your discussion to that report. Here's some information on how we prioritize bugs.
Are folks able to view your course in a browser that has Flash Player enabled as a workaround?
