Corrupted Files
Jan 29, 2020
Hello,
Over the last several months I have been working on a project and twice now, have had the issue of corrupted data files prompting me to use a recovered version in which is normally a few revs down (meaning lost content). This is counterproductive and becoming a headache for project completion. I have re-started the project completely because Articulate never found a recoverable version and once again...have the same issue. Although I have recovered a previous version, it's still lost content. Is there anything I can do to eliminate this from happening moving forward? Any suggestions?

When working on a story file you must have it located on your c:drive. Then save a copy of the story file to another place, such as a network drive or flash drive as a backup at least once a day
