Have you looked at changing the state of the button from hidden to normal when the user has visited all the quiz results slide? If you're able to share a copy of what you've already got set up, we can take a look and offer some more specific advice based on your file. You could also begin by reviewing the information here on using button states and the built in states.
You certainly could - but it will involve a few more steps. You'd need to set up a "listener" variable to check that the score has met the passing requirement on all the results slide - and if so, adjust the value of that listener variable. You would then adjust a final variable based on the value of all the listener variables being equal to (x) and based on the value of that variable - it would change the status of the button. A bit more involved as I mention.. :-)

user has earned a passing score on all the results slides?
