Course Completion Tracking for Passing Students

Hello. I have a two-part question. I have a Storyline course I need to distribute outside of an LMS going out to pre-matriculated students. The course has 2 post-tests at the end of the course. I know I need to link it to an external form (Google form) in order to track course completion for those who passed the course.

• How do I set the final results slide to the completion sign up page that links to the form if they passed? Also, how do I set up the form? There was an screencast posted on your forum that's no longer available from 8 years ago.
• Is there a way to get the form to record if they passed both post-tests? If not, then passing the last post-test-2 is the most important to track
