Course freezes in same place for some (but not all) users

Hi - I recently launched a SCORM course I developed in Storyline, overall feedback is fine, course is working without any issues. However there have been a few reports of the course freezing in the same position (upon moving from second scene back to home scene). There are no videos or animations in the course, although it is a decent sized course with 9 different scenes, it's still only 12 mB once published.
I cannot seem to be able to replicate the issue myself, even trying different web browsers and newer versions of IE.
Initially I thought it was an issue loading the course, but the users have tried closing and reopening several times with the same result.
What might be the issue here and how can I fix it for these users, as well as making sure it doesn't happen in future courses?

I'd like you to submit a Support case, so that we can test the files here too. Additionally, I'd see if you could get more information from your users about what browsers they're using, how up to date they are, etc.

It could also be animations that you may have on that slide or one ahead.

I see that Cleo sent you some suggestions for your users to clear browser history, cache, etc. and see if the issue persists. If that worked for you, please let us know and I can update the case.
