Help! I have a client that purchased a course created in SL 2 - I have removed Layers, changed interactions on the results slide .... but it's still not completing - I have also changed completion triggers - any thoughts/advice to make this work? HELP!!!
I am having a simular issue. Try troubleshooting by using different browsers and Flash vs HTML5. We continue to find that HTML 5 doesn't work well with Cornerstone for Salesforce.
Hi Charles - I have set it to Flash output and tried other browsers...I am literally at a lost and beyond frustrated. As I know it the course works on MY LMS, just not the clients.
Sorry to hear this is plaguing you! You mentioned that the quiz data is reporting correctly in your LMS, and I confirmed that it's also working correctly in SCORM Cloud.
Have you had a chance to reach out to Learn Live's support team? Since the course works correctly in other learning management systems, they'll know how to best troubleshoot LMS-specific issues.
