I seem to get a white page and nothing else when previewing my storyline course. The same happens when I export the course to review 360 or SCORM.
The course worked last time I opened it so nothing within in has changed. It works absolutely fine for the rest of my team but not myself (I am the owner of the course).
I have uninstalled/reinstalled. Changed file location and name. Tried every solution on these forums but nothing is working.
You may need to raise a support case, I have seen one other post today saying the same thing. Have you tried rolling back to the previous version via the Articulate App?
One troubleshooting step that you can try on your end is to import your slides to a new project file to see if this helps. Also, if you're willing to upload a copy of your project file here, we'll be glad to take a look at why your course is loading only a blank page. You can also reach out to our support team in through a case if you prefer to share your course in private.

I it every slide? Sounds like you have something corrupted or special characters somewhere on the slides
Hi Phil, it is every slide, the whole thing. I have tried removing all triggers and variables from slides but still no luck

I have tried various older versions which didn't help unfortunately
