Course not launching in LMS

I've successfully published many Presenter 09 course to our LMS by doing the following: publish for LMS as SCORM 1.2, zipp it up and upload the Zip file to the LMS through its upload SCORM course feature. These launch and play just fine. But... when I follow the exact same procedure using SL the course won't launch. I can see that it has been uploaded and when I try to launch it it opens a browser window for the course but the content doesn't load, no spinning wheels, nothing but a blank window.
I'll be the first to admit that I'm no expert with LMSs. Am I missing something? Is there something different about the way SL packages up a SCORM course and the way Presenter 09 does? Any great ideas out there?

Storyline packages files the same way Articulate Presenter does.
Thanks David. I'll forward this info on to the LMS team. Its main point is to make sure the zip file is correctly created and it recommends using the Publish Successful dialog > Zip function to create the zip file. That is how I've been doing it but it still isn't opening. I'll see what the LMS guys have to say.
