Course Perfomcance is very poor in client LMS

Dear Supporting team,

Need your help to resolve the course performance issue in client LMS.

Client is facing lots of issues in the storyline build. video performance is very poor, its playing in slow-motion mode.

I have captured all the issues in video, can someone tell me the supporting team mail id? I will be able to share the same.
