Courseware developed using Storyline 2. It has video based interactivity. If a video 'stutters' or delays a little at the start (due to poor system or network performance for example) it cuts off before the end. Can it be changed to wait until the video completes, not dependent on the time perhaps?
Are you slides set to automatically advance - is that how it's cutting off? You could look at adding some extra time to the slide timeline or set up the slide triggers to jump to next slide when the media ends. Or look at adjusting the slide properties to have the user advance the slide.
