Create true false with hot spot vs button
Aug 29, 2018
I have created a grid where the user clicks on an icon, the icon opens up a slide layer and separate dialog box opens up in the same window. The user then closes the open window by clicking on an 'X ' I want a check mark to appear over the icon so the user knows they have visited that icon. I know you can do that using a button but when I set up a button to open up the layer it will not open up a layer and do a true false and show the check mark. Heck it won't open up the layer. I am used to working with Captivate 10 so this is pretty new to me but so far it has been pretty simple but this one has me stumped.
Help!!!!!!

Based on your screenshot, for the midmarket button 1 1, you need to reverse the trigger order, so that the Show layer trigger is executed AFTER the change button state trigger. You can always share your .story file and someone will have a closer look.
