The published file shows created by in the top left. Is there a way to change who it was created by without logging into the account? I do not want my name to display when my clients view the content. Thanks.
Have you checked a final version publication (LMS, web, CD) to see if it still shows up? Or is this something that is only limited to publishing in Review? For those working in teams, that actually is useful.
It looks like you've published the course to Review - and there is not a way to hide the author (or publisher) name within Review. It won't be displayed anywhere when you export a course for LMS or web only.
