hi, is there a way to create a custom player tab? I want to create a trigger that activates a player tab in the player right beside my slide. I want to create animated closed captions but I don't want them to appear right above my video, so a side panel would be better. any ideas?
You can create a custom player tab - but what you can do with it may not fit your closed captioning needs. You can read more about how to set up the custom tab here. (That's for Storyline 2 - but you can find all the Articulate product tutorials and user guides here).
You could enable the "notes" tab to appear in the right side - but it would always be available to a user than and not hidden.

What version of Storyline are you using? If you're using Storyline 3 or 360 closed captioning is a new feature!
