I am attempting to figure out a way to create a drop down menu for fill in the blank questions with possible answers. A text entry does not ignore white space and could be problematic for me to use in this situation.
Has anyone done it in the past and how did you do it?
I don't know of an example that was set up in regards to a drop down for a fill in the blank, but you may want to start with the custom drop down example in this example.
You'd than need to set up a trigger to adjust the value of the fill in the blank (which would really just be a text reference since the user won't be entering in any information) based on the "state" of the drop down list.
Also, have you looked at using the built in word bank question type?
That really helped. I figured it would have existed somewhere and I am only just starting to play with Storyline. I will actually look into the question bank. Did not know it existed at all!

No worries Sasithra and I'm glad I was able to help find it!
