Creating a Dropdown Menu

Greetings,

I would like to create a dropdown menu that would direct uses to different PowerPoint presentations. Where are the detailed instructions on how to do this?

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm looking more for this look and feel. There is an arrow to the right. When you click on the arrow, a list of choices appear (only three right now but there could be more). When you select one of the choices, it will take you to an Articulate Storyline page that will have links to specific PowerPoint presentations.
