I'm making this chart slide where you have to click on each condition in order to learn about them. I'm trying to have each rectangle or circle change color or something to show the learner which ones they have already clicked on so they don't do it twice on accident. I've been playing around with States, but the highlight (shown around preeclampsia) only stays there until they select another one and then it goes away. Any ideas?
Give each object a selected state, but don't make them part of a button group. the drawback to this is that if the user clicks a second time, they will revert to normal.
If clicking on them leads the user to a different slide, you will need to set the slide to resume on saved state.
