Creating freeform question with multiple text entries

I preview your file but it is not giving the right answer whether I enter correct answers but i review you story came to know that your text entry boxes are entered wrongly in triggers like text-entry1 is in real text-entry2  so this is the problem otherwise excellent work is done.
