I have a software simulation i've build and several images will not crop. I am removing the bottom of the image to ensure the progress bar on my slide master is visible, and I try to crop these images... and the image shrinks and becomes distorted instead.
Yikes! Images shrinking and distortion are not expected when cropping images in Storyline 360! I’m happy to get this sorted out with you! I have a few follow-up questions regarding the distorted images so I can understand what you are experiencing a little better.
Which version of Storyline are you using? I am using Storyline version 3.73.29904.0.
Are there any similarities in the pictures where the distortion is happening? Are they from the content library? Are they JPGs or PNGs?
I’ve attached a story file that I created in Storyline 360. The images are cropping properly. Do you mind opening it into Storyline 360 on your end to see if you notice the same behavior?
