Cropping Screen Recording Jan 05, 2017 By Anna Taylor I have screen recordings that I need to crop. Is that possible without having to re-record?

Also, if you are using that screen recording as an .mp4 file anywhere in your course, you can use the video editing tool in Storyline to crop it there, as well. Cropping it, if it has been inserted as step-by-step slides, will take some creativity, like Nick suggested, as it is already baked into the slide at that originally recorded size.

Nick,
This built-in shape is a mask. You can re-size both the overall size, and the relative size of the transparent interior.
