The html5 output works, although some css effects are lost when an html5 heavy site is linked to in SL via a web object.
If I create a local html5 mini site on my computer and embed that folder into SL and double-click the story-html5.html it works.
However, when I deploy to the LMS, it wreaks havoc with some of the css animations and transforms. It seems to be ignoring the html5 version in the zip.
Thanks for the clarification. I'd like to have you submit a support case for this, and you'll want to upload your file as well. You will be prompted to do so on the second page where you can also reference this forum post.
I popped into the case that Seth filed and it seems that our team was unable to recreate the issue utilizing SCORM Cloud and it was specific to the users browser/security possibly. We did not, however, get any follow up as to if the issue was resolved.

Hi Seth and welcome to Heroes!
Are you viewing the flash output or the HTML5 output?
Thanks!
