I've gotten a little rusty with my SL skills. I think I've done this in the past, but maybe that was with Presenter. Anyway, is it possible to add a custom button in the lower section where the seekbar and Next Prev buttons conventionally appear?
In Storyline you cannot just add custom buttons to the bottom of the player. However, you can change the Player's Text Labels as described here to change the text displayed within a button. For example, you could change the "Next" within the next button to "Advance" or whatever text you want. Unfortunately, this does carry out through the entire course. For one project, I only needed the prev and next buttons but did not need the submit button for any reason, so I simply changed the text label and used it for another purpose. I hope this helps!
