Is there a way to create your own animated markers similar to the predefined ones. My goal is to to have a custom marker that blinks when i hover an object. I know i can use states to change the state of an object when it is hovered over but i'd like to know how to get a blinking or better yet a swirling effect similar to the predefined markers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The blinking effect can also be achieved using layers instead of states. For swirls, the best method is to recreate the effect with no fill in Flash (or even Animated GIF), there's no way to do this within Storyline at the moment.
