Is there a way to modify the scrollbar skin to have a custom scrollbar and scroller? I haven't found a way to do that with the tools in Storyline 360. See attached image of what I'm looking to create for the scrollbar.
You could customize a slider to look like your example. The more important question is WHAT are you trying to scroll with that custom scroller? An image? Text? A group of objects?
To change the styles, colors, and effects for a slider, select the slider, go to the Slider Tools—Format tab on the ribbon, and use the formatting options.

Hi Michael. I'm trying to scroll an image. The image is part of a group.
How would you go about changing the slider skin? I.e., the scrollbar background and scrubber.
