Custom template with gray space in MC slides between frame

Hi everyone,
I have been given a custom template by one of our departments, with a custom frame. When I build in the MC pages, and I preview, the slide fills the entire content area and there is no gray space at the top or bottom by the frames. When I publish however, I get gray spaces.
Any help???

First, what version of Storyline did you use to create this content? Also, you mentioned you only see the gray spaces after the content is published -- where did you host the published content? On a web server or a learning management system, perhaps?
If you don't mind sharing a sample of the file with me so I can get a closer look, that would be even better!
