I'm afraid I'm not aware of any way to do this, at least not using a built-in method.
You could probably get pretty creative with some variables, states and other elements to display a fraction score, but I'm not entirely sure it'd be worth the time to dedicate to something like this. Is this something that your client is requiring?
It's ok me and Rich Calcutt figured it out or at least figured out how to make it work for my purposes. Basically I just deleted the % reference, removed the word 'points' after the points reference and added in /5. Still needs a little tidying up.

Sorry guys just bumping this one up as I have a tight deadline to meet and need to get this sorted.
Hi there Harri,

ps I also gave each correct answer a score of 1
