I created several "free format questions". I couldn't use "scored questions" because I personalize the suggested answers with pictures etc. The problem is that on the LMS, when I view the question details, it says "choose an answer" for all my questions. So I don't know which question the learner answered correctly or not. So I would like to change and customize the name of "choose an answer". What is the solution ?
For standard graded questions, Storyline uses the Title text box for the question. And that's the text that the program would send to the LMS.
I can't say for sure, but I'd guess that Freeform questions work in a similar fashion.
If the layout for your Freeform questions includes a Title text box, try using that for the question.
If the layout doesn't include a Title text box, experiment with the order of the objects in the Timeline. For example, perhaps Storyline assumes that the text box at the top is the question.
As I said, I'm not sure about this, because I haven't encountered the issue you describe. But it's worth checking these options.
