I inserted the multiple choice quiz template and wanted to change the image of the radio buttons. so I clicked on a button, went to states and inserted an image. but when I went to test the slide in preview, my new images were there but it wouldn't let me select an answer to submit. I've attached the slide in question for reference. Any ideas?

I took a peek and it looks like you added an additional button vs editing the states for the existing radio buttons:
You can edit the states on the radio buttons and it will work as you expect.
