We have created a module using Storyline Update 6. It's working fine on all browsers except on IE. We receive an error <Error loading story_content/data.xml error>
Anyone who has a similar issue? Or a solution that worked? We only get this error in IE.
We have seen this error previously. Are you publishing in HTML5? You may want to check out the information here about which browsers support HTML5.
Please make sure you are following the instructions here as far as creating and editing your files. You could also try importing your file into a new Storyline file as described here.
What version of IE are you running the content in? Have you checked to ensure that the Flash player associated with your IE browser is up to date? You'll also want to check that you're accessing the story.html file.
Thank you for your responses. We tried re-publishing but it did not do anything. We were using IE11. Our technician found out that it's a Javascript issue conflicting with some SCORM scripts. You can count this issue closed. Thanks again!
