We have a course that was created in the latest update of Articulate Storyline 2 and have then zipped the package and sent of to a client for their LMS.
Only one user is having an issue they load two of our courses they receive the error:
Message from webpage
"Error loading story_content/data.xml: error"
Does anyone know what the issue could be? Is it something we can fix in Articulate or is it the client's LMS issue?

As you have already uploaded and tested your published output in the SCORM Cloud, and it's functioning properly for you there, the next step we recommend is to contact your LMS provider directly. Sorry we have tried uploading to Scorm Cloud and it works correctly. This issue goes hand in hand with the most recent issue I posted aswell.
Any help would be appreciated.
