I am having some software issues and need to reimage my computer as it will not connect to the internet. How can I deactivate my Storyline and Presenter licenses? Or , if i am using the same computer and hard drive, just reimaged, will I need to deactivate? Will I be able to reinstall?
Hi Derek! You will be able to re-install for sure and I do not foresee an issue with the activation, but if you do, support will be able to assist you in getting this corrected if need be during that time.
