Debug Keeps Appearing

Since the most recent update, I have found that any SCORMs I put onto my LMS are either throwing up a debug error or, opening a blank window as well as the SCORM itself.
Neither of these have stopped people using the e-learning, however we know some people will use this as an excuse to say it's not working and stop using it.
Anyone else had this issue? Our LMS support say it's not an issue with them...

Hi, Kylie -- Thanks for reaching out! Are you seeing the same issue/debug error when you upload your course for testing on the SCORM Cloud? And could you please share your file so I can publish on my end to see if I experience the same behavior when I upload to the SCORM Cloud?
Kylie, did anyone else using your computer enable the debug feature in Storyline?
This is a manual process where some files in your Storyline folder are edited.
It looks like the Configuration.js file in the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Articulate\Articulate Storyline 2\Content\lms" controls this for SCORM content.
Open that file in a text editor and look for the line that reads "var SHOW_DEBUG_ON_LAUNCH" and make sure that is set to "false" and not "true".
There is some more info here: https://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/how-to-enable-lms-debug-mode
Otherwise, this might be turned on in your LMS, although I know you said your LMS people said that was not the case.
