Hello Sanket! Do you see any templates at all in your Insert Slide > Templates dropdown? Are you missing the downloaded templates, or your own created templates, or both? Also, if you do a search in your File Explorer on your C: drive, can you locate any .storytemplate files? Mine usually save in Documents > My Articulate Projects > Storyline Templates folder.
I was able to locate both the Articulate created templates as well as the ones that I created myself.

I will check and get back to you. I I found what should I need to do basically Drag and drop, Accordion etc template are not seen in my storyline
We have this Accordion template here for Storyline. Were the templates downloaded from our E-Learning Heroes site like the Accordion?
