Defocused Image
Feb 19, 2019
Hello!
I am using Storyline 360 to create a kind of software simulation. I'm working with slide layers, but I noticed a loss of quality on a specific image.
This image is hidden on a layer and has an animation. When the user clicks on a hotspot, this layer appears.
This image appears kind of defocused on the preview and also on the LMS, but it's quality is perfect on Storyline editor.
Does anyone knows if this is a bug or what can I do to make it looks perfect to the user?
I attached a comparison between how I see it on storyline and on the LMS.

Hi Thanievelyn,
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are experiencing in your course.
Is this happening in a particular browser or are you seeing it in all browsers when viewing in your LMS?
With your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
Hi Leslie,
I'm using Google Chrome, I didn't tried it on others browsers.
I just uploaded the file :)
Thank you!!
Leslie,
I just realized it happens with text too, not only images. And I believe the problem is with the animation, not with the fact that the object is inside other layer.
Thanks so much! You should be hearing from someone soon.
