Delays in Notes Pane Again After Upgrading

I am posting here since the Support site won't let me submit a case (ongoing issue).

I upgraded to the most current version this week and I am again dealing with SEVERE delays between keystrokes and the appearance of characters in the Notes pane. This happened when I initially installed the last upgrade. I need some assistance tracking down and resolving this issue as it's making writing notes content extremely difficult and time consuming.

    I'm so sorry to hear about the ongoing input delay when typing into the Notes section of Storyline 360! I see that you previously connected with my colleague Johnrey through a support case related to the same issue.

    I've re-opened that ticket on your behalf and added your recent comments to the case so Johnrey can be brought up to speed. You should be hearing from him shortly!
