Hi Mohan,

I haven't heard of the player colors changing depending on how you've viewed your published output, but it definitely sounds unusual. Are you testing both of them within the intended environment or running them off of your published output on your local drive? You can change the color of the title following the directions here and this Storyline color map is a great reference to ensure you're changing the title or the Base>text.  If you need to change the color of the titles within the published output, that would be something the community will have to assist you with.

Thanks for sharing the images here. I just tested this within my own files, and I'm not able to replicate the behavior you are showing. Are you able to share your .story file here with us, or if you'd prefer to share it privately please send it along here.  Please let us know how you're testing the published output as well (i.e. loading it into your LMS, on a web server, the browser you're using to view it, etc.).
