I am interested if there is a more detailed reporting option available for a LMS e-learning module. I have created a module for which I would like to know which questions exactly are generally answered wrongly, so that we can further improve on that knowledge. Hence, only "completed" or "in progress" is not enough information for me.

My LMS is by NetDimensions, version 8.2. The problem is I don't see at all any option in the LMS Learning Reports of including info about right/wrong answers.

Depends on your LMS, if you track by results slide you should be able to get an interaction report out of your LMS
