Different Result Slides For Different Scores

Jun 23, 2014

I've made several quizzes in Articulate and have a customized result slide in appearance. What I'd really like to do is to have a different result slide for different scores, basically a copy of Angry Birds!

So in a quiz with five questions, if the user got no questions correct they would see three 'empty' stars.

If the user got one or two questions correct they would see one gold star. If they got three or four correct, two gold stars, and then if they got five correct they would see three gold stars.

Designing the slides is no problem. Does anyone know how I could make these conditions in Articulate - is it actually possible, or am I wasting my time trying to think of a way to do this?

Hi Jimmy,

I'm wondering: could you have one results slide with different layers that would display based on the score? If so, this video may point you in the right direction. Users answer several "quiz" questions regarding their "devotion" to chocolate. Based on their choices, a different layer of the results slide displays.

Thanks for the input - I've fixed the problem. It seems that if I try to update an existing trigger, full customisation options are not available. I started from scratch and then the trigger gave me more options including 'less than' and 'between certain percentage scores'. These then relate to different layers, giving me the angry birds three-star-scoring system I'd like for my students!
