Hello everyone we have a small problem on several projects/
When we launch certain EAOs, certain slides appear larger in the reader and in fact, we only see part of these slides. we have to minimize the browser window or resize it to stop this
Have youe an idea knowing that in an EAO, this does it on certain pages and not others?
I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your inquiry:
Could you clarify what you mean by EAOs? Are these courses authored in Articulate 360, and published for either web or LMS distribution?
Are you using a supported screen reader to view your content? Storyline 360 supports JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack screen readers with our supported browsers.
I'm not aware of screen readers having an effective operating area aside from the active window where the course is displayed, but I'll be glad to test this behavior for you to see what's happening. Would you also be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
