First I would check that your display settings are set to DPI 96. Since you mentioned it only happening within your published version on your LMS, can you also test it by uploading it to SCORM Cloud and see if the issue appears there as well? If you're able to replicate it there, would you be able to share your .story file with us here or send it to us privately?
I see that Adrian was able to resolve your issue, as your answers were set to shuffle which was causing the text boxes to overlap each other. He was able to adjust your text boxes to be wider, so that even on shuffle there wouldn't be any overlapping of text. Hope that helped!
