Displaying the Next Button Upon Returning to Screen
Jan 27, 2015
I'm designing a module and am including a number of interactions with custom quizzes and interactions. Everything is working properly and the 'Next' button doesn't appear until the learner completes those interactions. However, because of requirements in my organization, when the learner uses the 'back' button or menu and returns back to those screens, I need to reset the screen so that they can perform the activity again BUT I need the 'Next' button to still be there. This way that don't have to do the interaction, but can if they want to on their 2nd visit. I'm stuck on this because I can't use 'Return to Saved State.' Any thoughts on how to program this?

Hi Lisa
you could add a T/F variable that triggers on the first visit to the slide and then have a trigger when they return to the slide if that T/F is True, make Next button enabled
Hello Lisa!
Welcome to the community! Here is some information about using variables as Wendy suggested. You could also share the file here so we can look at the set up and get some better ideas.
