I am completely new to e-learning and the first course I published for a client is getting this message when she tries to run it. I searched the internet and could come up with nothing specific to Articulate 360. I published this in the AICC protocol and sent her the zipped file. At this point I have no idea what she did to uploa
d it but I assuming she knows what she is doing in this regard.
The client is using Alchemy as their LMS. Any thoughts?
Do you know if the error message is coming from your client's LMS only? Have they tried uploading to a web server or different LMS like SCORM cloud?
If it's specific to their LMS, then I'd recommend reaching out to Alchemy LMS to see if they have a specific way of uploading .zip folders. Additionally, your client might see this error if they've unzipped the folder and re-zipped it. Instead, I'd recommend sending them another .zip folder and have them upload the untouched .zop folder to Alchemy LMS.
Thanks for your response. After getting no response back from the client when I sent her a bunch of questions so I could troubleshoot, I decided to send the file out in SCORM protocol and eventually found out that it worked. I was told AICC would work too, but apparently it did not.
Thanks again, fortunately I was able to get this resolved.

Don't hesitate to connect with a Support Engineer if neither of these does the trick!

Got it, Andrew. Thank you for popping back in and sharing an update and your solution.
