All the illustrated characters have a pose which includes the character holding a phone at a desk (with or without a computer) like this example with Lily:
And, two of the photographic characters have a headset like they are at a call center. You'll want to use Mitchell or Mary in those instances. A few of the other photographic character are pictured with a phone in a few poses, but not all.
