So I've made a training in Story 360 and when I preview the slide the animations work but when I publish the training to Articulate and review it in Review the animations don't work. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can tell if my animations are really taking?
Are you publishing your Storyline course to Articulate Review, or inserting into Rise using a iFrame? Using the course at Review should work, and if you have a link to the course, I'm happy to give it a test as well!
I'm publishing the course to Articulate Review and the animation on slides Evaluation of Effort and Engage the Community don't activate, the text is supposed to fade in from top. Please see the below link and attachment. I really appreciate your help.
The text drops in from the top when you click the objects on those pages. I am using the chrome browser on my pc. Not sure what type of animation you used but if you used float in or wipe, they will not work properly in html5 because html5 does not support this type of animation.

Hey Nancy,
Thank you so much! That was the issue I was opening my review in Explorer instead of Chrome, the fade animation worked in Chrome.
Thanks again,
Crystal
Hey Ashley,
Ms. Woinoski figured out the issue, my default browser wasn't supporting the animations.
Thank you for your help,
Crystal
