I normally create a variable (SlideNumber) then on each slide use a adjust variable trigger and assign the value of that slide.
It is manually numbering them really but that was the last solution I came up with
Yes, I thought about that as well. I think because the module is not linear, it must be hard to give a slide a fixed number. However, do you know anything about jumping to a slide based on a dynamic variable, such as slide names? Cheers

There are no exposed variables, but you could pull date and time from a javascript variable
And there are lots of creative solutions for finding out the slide number using variables
