Données correspondantes

Bonjour, j'ai besoin de créer dans storyline un champs pour insérer une date de naissance et en faire ressortir une correspondance.
Par exemple : on tape 1983 et un calque affiche 342,53 ppm (chaque année à sa correspondance).
Comme sur ce site par exemple : https://www.nature.org/en-us/get-involved/how-to-help/carbon-footprint-calculator/carbon-by-birth-year/

Je ne trouve pas le moyen de le faire, quelqu'un a déjà vu ce type de variable/javascript passer ici ?
