I want to create an interaction in which a learner fills out a text box, and then presses a button after which a file downloads to their computer. The idea is to use this as a soft-copy of coursework evidence.
In my case I wanted to include the learner's name on a PDF certificate but you could modify this to suit your own requirements.
There are several other ways a similar result could be achieved, for example you could use a Javascript trigger to generate an HTML page that opens in a new window that contains the text. This page could then be saved / printed by the user.

Hi Luke,
Do you want the downloaded file to contain the text input into the textbox?
If so you could do something similar to the example I posted here:

Thanks Ryan for popping in to assist Luke here with his design :)
