I'm not sure I understand the issue you're experiencing from the screenshot you shared. Are you able to share the .story file (you can do it privately through a support case if you prefer) or a recording of the drag and drop behavior?
I'm sorry you've hit this snag and thanks for sharing the project file! It seems the Reset results trigger is not being executed, so the Drag-and-drop interaction is not reset. As shown below, you can move this trigger in the Results slide before the Jump to slide trigger, allowing all the question slides to reset before jumping to the first slide.

Hi same issue here, drag and drop freezes on retaking the quiz.
