Drag and Drop interactions not resetting on multiple returns

Has anyone had difficulties with a drag and drop interaction on resetting when it is returned to more than once? I have attached the slide's slide properties, which have a forced reset. The drag and drop (with a submit button) works the initial time, and then again when returned to once - but any more returns than that it stops working - not allow the drag and drop; and adding previous and next buttons rather than the submit. I do not have any triggers for previous or back outside of the try again and continue popups from the question. p.s. I cannot attach the whole Storyline file as it's a client's content.
