I have a bunch of courses out there created in Storyline 2 that have worked well over the years on iPads that now appear to not be functioning correctly after updating to iOS 13.2.3. The issue that I am seeing is when you try and drag an image on the screen the entire player moves along with it activating Safari's rubber banding on the webpage. We use Success Factors as our LMS and publish to SCORM 1.2. Wondering if anyone out there has experienced this as well and was able to find a fix.
The good news is that our team has already been notified about the issue where drag and drop interactions created Storyline 2 move the entire screen in iOS 11 and iOS 12. We haven't heard any issues with iOS 13.

Hi James! Thank you for sharing your file! I was able to test the file on an iPad Pro using iOS 13 and noticed the entire screen moves when trying to drag an item. I used both Chrome and Safari, and the interaction was the same.

I have tried updating the project using the newest version of Storyline 2, currently using Update 13: 1804.2716.
I attached a copy of the output files for one of the slides not working correctly. If you need the .story file let me know.

Do we know for sure if this issue with iOS 13 is solved with Storyline 3 or 360?
